Michael is a self-made CEO who built one of the largest impulse sales companies in North America managing 2,000 employees and servicing more than 15,000 retail stores weekly. Michael has led teams of all sizes and consults with many businesses to help drive initiatives and scale impact. In 2019 Michael sold his business and now enjoys working with Not Your Average Leadership along with other businesses for which he sits on the Board as an invaluable resource.
